Nonny is a classically trained musician, having studied piano, classical guitar, history of music, harmony and composition. She is a writer member of the Performing Right Society and has been placed in national songwriting competitions.

Nonny James is now kept busy with an eclectic mix of gigs... as a successful musician, playing piano and singing solo, or as a duo (with sax) or trio (with sax and guitar)... and as an entertainer - combining her love of music and comedy - for after dinner "cabaret".

Nonny particularly enjoys playing background piano music for dining, whether it is for a wedding breakfast, corporate event or for cocktails.
