Catherine has performed with (among others) ; The Pasadena Roof Orchestra, Piccadilly Dance Orchestra, Glenn Miller Memorial Orchestra and The Nick Ross Orchestra. She has performed on the television series Emmerdale, been featured on Humphrey Lyttleton’s ‘Best of Jazz’ on Radio 2 and recently provided vocals for a new album of songs written by TV and Radio presenter Nicky Campbell.
Now she is touring with her own trio performing, in her own, inimitable style, those fabulous songs made famous by the wonderful Peggy Lee.
Regarded as one of the most influential jazz vocalists of all time Peggy Lee had a career spanning 60 years in which she recorded such classics as 'Fever', 'Is That All There Is?', 'I'm a Woman' and 'Don't Smoke in Bed'.
Catherine breathes new life into these classic songs that will make old fans of Peggy new fans of Catherine!
‘A relaxed and confident maturity with natural swing, Catherine has many of the qualities of the finest band singers of the 1950’s…’
